What types of plugins, and how much are you paying?

Simple plugins, such as getting help with setting up voting, setting up crates, and things like if I were to type "/ip" for example in chat, it'd come up with the current server ip, just an example. That sort of stuff. And payment, not quite sure, I was hoping for either super cheap or free.
