Professional + Experienced Discord Server Manager - 250 Member Discord Community

Hey everyone! I currently own a discord server with 250 members that I would like to revamp. I'm currently seeking a professional discord manager that has reputable experience in discord management specifically. I constantly average around 50 active online users 24/7 however just not the most activity happens in the chat. I also have a YouTube channel where I upload now and then, I get 100+ views per video and I also stream often.

The niche of my discord is overall just a general community discord where people can chat, meet new friends and have a good time. We also revolve around gaming such as Minecraft in particular.

The Manager would have to be atleast 14 or older, have a good quality microphone, be reputable and experienced in managing discords, and work for free. I want this manager to have a genuine passion for their job whereas payment wouldn't be needed. The Manager would also essentially do Staff Management and other basic management things such as suggesting good advertisement and ways to naturally grow the server, new ideas, etc.

NOTE: I am looking for a free Manager.

It's only a 300 member discord server, it's not an immensely popular server. + I don't expect this manager to pay anything at all. So overall I don't really understand why you're pointing this out with no context. Cricket
