Hello,

This message is simply because I have putting full effort into hosting a Factions PvP, Minecraft Server. With that being said, I am in need of a knowledgeable team, willing to put in hours of work, and a focus mind. In regards to the long hours and hard effort, I need a team of focus mature members, after 90 days of proving yourself and helping out with server development you will be eligible for payroll benefits/donation percentage upon completion of tasks.
If you are interested and feel like you may have experience in the fields listed below, then reply with a short response asking for and application. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, try reaching out again as I am short handed.

I think you're going about this a bit wrong. For example, I see you're looking for developers of all kinds. I have been making back end website code, OOP and Java for 3 years now, discord bot development for a year and a half and general staff management and moderation since 2015. As far as I can tell you're looking for people with similar experience as mine, who are in their own respective skill sets very experienced and professional, but you aren't really providing any benefits that would attract us to join. 90 days is a lot of time to put in "long hours" for not even a certain payoff for their work. It would be a different story if your server was a larger scale project or if you yourself were a popular mc-market or server owner but from how things are people can't really trust you to even keep your word after 90 days of hard work. If you want experienced, hard working and professional staff members you have to give them an actual paying job, because what they do is a job that takes years to perfect. Test out their skills and knowledge with an interview, if you like them offer them an hourly pay/project pay and if they accept you got your project rolling. If you can not afford to pay your developers or builders hourly or by the projects they finish you should really lower your standards to beginner or intermediate level builders & developers that are just looking for a server to work at for free to improve their skills and reputation.
