*Recruiting Experienced Staff Members/Investors/Beta-Testers* ODACraft 2.0

Hello users of Mc-Market!
My name is Matt, but I am known on here as tyipie.
I've been on my minecraft venture for many years, dating back to the beta.
I love doing all things computers, and over the years minecraft has always
been that thing/game that I'll always come back to because I always seem
to find something worth my time.
Now I've put a whole lot of thought into doing this project. The original server in question, "ODACraft" started out as a faction server, a big one in that. I had started to play this server when it had first been released, being one of the first players, I got close with all the preexisting staff members. About half a year to a year after the server opened, they decided to open up a project of theirs, ODACraft survival. A server with a open maps, cities, military influence, monsters everywhere, pvp battles filling the cities. This server was amazing, there were so many regular players, the teamspeak never had a dull moment. Although the server came to an end when the Owner didn't have the time to proceed with operations of the community.
I don't know if any of you are still out there,
But to all my old ODACraft friends, hello and welcome to my project. I'd love to get your help in making this server as close to the survival server that the original owners had made. I had been an Admin on the survival server, so I know a lot of ins/outs of how they got things to work.
I'm also looking for people with a military background,
or people who have a lot of knowledge of all things military, as this server is based around the military.

I'm here today recruiting the first members of our community, including; staff, beta-testers and investors. I'd like a minimum age of 16, but that rule may be bent with circumstances.
I want people with experience, I want people who love people. I need friendly faces and voices to greet our community when they first join, help them while they play and be curtious until their final session. I am currently looking for these staff positions: 2x Manager, 2x Operator, 1x Head-Administrator.
These are the requirements for these positions:

-Manager , 16 years of age, no exceptions. 2 years experience in a staff role with server-operation control. Experience with websites, enjin and Xenforo. Knowledge of all basic plugins a must, you must be able to learn new plugins quick, permissions skills are a must.

-Operator , 16 years of age, no exceptions. 1 year of experience in a staff role with server-administrative control. Experience with websites, enjin and xenforo a must. Knowledge of all basic plugins and voice chat programs a must. You must be able to learn plugins quickly and understand how to use them/teach how to use them.

-Head-Administrator , 16 years of age, exceptions can be made. 1 year of experience in a staff role with server-administrative control. Experience with Enjin and Xenforo a must. Knowledge of all basic plugins and voice chat programs a must. You must be able to learn plugins quickly and understand how to use them/teach how to use them, MUST be able to run a team.

Hey, I also played on the ODAcraft server for a long while, and was also a staff/admin during its final stages before shutting down. If this is still happening, I'd be very interested in being a part of it.
