Have you gone onto the server and seen it? Depends on the server, a practice server could take hundreds, even thousands to make. Example: PvPCoin. Playerbase doesn't necessarily matter if the new owner can advertise. This server, when it was up last year, had an average of 30 players on.[DOUBLEPOST=1464664090][/DOUBLEPOST]

I can vouch for this. Great server. A nice place to practice PvP if you don't want to go on a super huge network.

My friend owns a network and has a fully custom coded system you know why, he had friends and you can get a Dev to make a plugin like this for 80$ For a arena pvp most of These have public plugins like it with easily configurable config.yml

Like you said, he had friends. If I didn't pay the developer and the builder the costs would've been much less. You could probably get this coded for around $300, but the builds, especially the spawn look really good too. Which is why I'm selling it for $450.

Actually you are getting a deal. Most likely unaware that it is less than 50% of the cost to make it.
If you don't know the builder for the server (which I do mind you), then you can't disprove that this is much lower than the net value.

I mean the pvp map you show looks like you went into a survival world and put a blue wool box around some bad terrain. I wouldn't pay $1 for that pvp map. You're using all public plugins that you can find for free. You aren't selling a player base and the boat out of that spawn map is taken from planet minecraft so the spawn is more than likely stolen from someone else or parts of it are. I wouldn't pay $20 for this lol. Notice how the person who is backing the "Owner" up is also a new member so more than likely its his friend and this could be done in a couple of days by someone with half decent knowledge of running servers and I dont mean Dev coding knowledge.

I just used to play on the server when it was up.

Just saying things were stolen doesnt mean it was true, the arenas were made with sculpting tools and every block of the spawn was placed by hand. You can be very incorrect when you assume.

That boat is stole 100% I have seen the exact boat on planet minecraft and multiple servers dating back over 8months ago. The pvp maps look like ass and its legit a piece of land with a box around it with some object that I cant even make out. I could do this in less than 20 seconds with world edit

If you don't want a server to sell you don't do it by boasting false information. No matter how much you say you can do it with WE the terrain was built over weeks.
Second, the PvP plugin was made by a dev custom to only this server, no free one you can find will be the same.

I didn't know the boat was stolen. I talked the the builder, he said that he wasn't good at building boats, so he took a public boat and edited it, which didn't take that long but it still looks really nice, and very different. If you saw it on the actual server you'd see that there are tons of differences. The arenas were built, not from a terrain with a blue box around it, and there are 40 arenas.[DOUBLEPOST=1464706151][/DOUBLEPOST]
