We currently have a small support team that consists of 4 people, but these are mostly UK based, so we are looking to hire some other team members that are US / Canada based and able to provide support to our US / Canadian customers.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Have a decent internet connection.
- Have the ability to communicate with others.
- Be able to use Discord for remote communication.
- Strong technical knowledge of Minecraft servers, plugins and mods/modpacks.
- Be capable of working alone and taking responsibilities. We're an established business so everything you do and say has an impact.
- Strong understanding of English grammar and mechanics.
- Familiarity with Multicraft and WHMCS as well as related problems and solutions is a plus.
- Based in the US / Canada so able to assist US / Canadian customer base
- Able to install 3rd party software such as Tawk.To for Live Chat requests
- 19:00 (7PM) ET (Eastern Time) - 03:00 (3AM) ET
This WILL be a paid position, on a Per Ticket / Per Live Chat Request basis, reviewed once a week with payments being deposited once a month to the Bank Account / Building Society / PayPal of the applicant(s).
A professional attitude and work ethic are required for any position. We take our customers and their services seriously and try to provide the highest quality hosting possible.
You will be working as Technical Support, providing our US / Canadian customers with the support that they need. Answering both incoming Live Chat requests and resolving Ticket requests as quickly and accurately as possible.
It is likely that at times you will be the ONLY team member available due to time differences, so we need to know that we are able to trust and count on you to assist our customers and uphold our great reputation.
Note: You will be monitored on your ability to respond and answer Live Chat / Ticket Requests in a timely manner.
