Welcome to my thread!​

Hello! My in game name is sociai but you can call me Julian This thread was made to show you my management services. I hope you enjoy and I hope we can get in contact soon

About me​

As I said the previous paragraph, My in game name or IGN is sociai but my real name is Julian. I'm a mature and professional 16 year old, who has a love for management of Minecraft servers.
I've been playing Minecraft for about four years now, I have quit for small amounts of time just from being bored of the game but I've decided to come back for good. I'm an extremely dedicated and hardworker when it comes to things I enjoy. I'm a homeschooled student, I attended regular high school up until the second semester of Grade 10. Since I'm homeschooled I have a lot of time on my hands, I usually finish school at around 12pm-1pm and then I tend to play or work till around 11ish most nights. This is only on weekdays, On weekends I'm quite busy with IRL stuff(i.e hanging out with friends, sports ETC) but even though I busy during weekends I'm able to spend at least 1-2 hours on weekends. I do currently have a job in real life as of right now its only one day a week but in the summer it will be full time. I will finish work and be home at 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm, so I will still have time to dedicate to a server.

Skills​

I possess a lot of good skills. One of my biggest skills is just being a good leader, whether this be running a staff team or making sure players are satisfied with the state of the server. I have a small understanding of java, I'm currently trying to learn more about java.(I have taken a udemy course specific for developing spigot plugins.) I have an understanding of how to configure PermissionX ranks and perms, I also understand how to configure plugins. I know how to use all forms of social media and I have PC that is more than capable to record videos. I have a good understanding of what makes good staff members. I don't have much experience with XenForo but I could very quickly learn. I'm able to run community events such as raid events or pvp events. I have a good understanding on how to SS people and I could eaisly train new staff members. These are a few skills I have.

Experience​

PanickedPVP: This was older server from around two years ago, this was my first time ever being a staff member on any server. I started as a helper and became a Moderator but PanickedPVP merged with another server and at that point that had too many staff members so most of PanickedPVP's staff members were cut off. This server had a player base of around 20 players.

RealRaidz: This was one of more recent endeavors, I began as a helper but very quickly moved up the ranks, in about a month and I was a moderator+ when I resigned, I believe I was close to getting admin but hey who really knows lol. I resigned from this server because the community was extremely toxic and would DDOS you if you punished them, I also did not like how the owner very talked to any staff members, at that point I was the highest ranked staff member next to the owner who almost never came on. I was told multipy times how I was the best staff member on the server. This server had a player base of around 100 players but since then it has died down to 50 players.

Nebula Raids: This was the most recent position I have had. I was one of the owners of this server, along with a good friend of mine. I was owner for about 2 weeks but I ended up resigning due to me quiting MC because of what happened with Real Raidz.

AlphaMC: I was one of the owners on this server, I was more over just helping my friend configure the server, he was gaining all profit. It was a HCF server. It was pretty well close to finishing when my friend decided to shut down the server due to lack of funding.

Payment​

For my management services I will be doing free work and I do not expect any pay, for now at least this may change in the future. I'm doing it for free because I really enjoy managing and working on Minecraft servers.

This user is a very nice and caring individual. He was a great help on RealRaidz, when I was co owner, and NebulaRaids where I am the main owner still. He is a very understanding and hardworking person, and I recommend him over most others.
