Sort-Term Dev for Unique RPG Server - PreAlpha

Hello, I am currently looking for a part-time developer for a server called Moonlight Falls. The server is still in pre-alpha stages and is getting support from other server owners as they want to help make the server become successful.


Information on the server:

Moonlight falls is going to be released with one gamemode. The gamemode is an RPG style where the character wakes up in an unknown place and somebody finds the character. The character is then guided through the story as if it was a tutorial and then put into a world where the character levels up, unlocks unique abilities, and buys unique weapons and gear where they can proceed to level them up. The character can pick between five classes: warrior, ranger, rogue, support, and nuker. After completing the first world full of quests, the character gets sent to another world where they then have their name changed from warrior to barbarian, ranger to archer, rogue to thief and so on. After the server gains some popularity, we will add 3 more game modes. Battle Royal, Craft of Clans, and a gamemode still being voted upon by the Moonlight Falls community. (Looks like the popular ones are factions or towny)


What I need from a developer, is at least 15 hours a week of dedication to the server until alpha stages are released in about two months. The current pay will be a negotiable $350 for development on the server. The developer must know basic knowledge on plugins/configs/perms. If the developer does not know a certain plugin, he/she should be expected to do the required research as part of his/her payment. A payment of $175 will be given each month after the completed month. I do not pay beforehand, or by hour each week, no exceptions.


Note: As the server is in development, I plan to add plugins as we go along. Currently there are 29 plugins and I am waiting to buy about ten more. When I find a dedicated developer I will give more detail about what I expect the server to look like. Also, I will be helping with development, it is just a pain to do it with only myself and a friend who doesn't know much about development.

Haha, not a scam. I’m a new owner of a server I was trying to set up and a friend of mine, FatalBae told me this site would be a great place to try and find some trustworthy developers. This may be my first day, but we gotta start somewhere right? Anyways, I found someone who seems pretty legit, so I’m gonna close this thread for now. Thanks for the few who messaged me with interest.
