Spectrum Nation - Resquesting Staff

Introduction
Good afternoon everyone, my name is James (Prefile), and I'm the current Staff Manager for Spectrum Nation. Spectrum is an up-and-coming Skyblock-Prison combination server that you've likely never seen before. Spectrum will be 1.9 to 1.16, and we offer donor ranks, beautiful areas, amazing plugins, pets, and we're working on payouts for our official release! That being said, we need more staff members to help out on Discord, in game, and on our upcoming forums page. Below will be more information on what we're looking for!

Available Positions
The positions we have available are Helper, Moderator, and Admin. As a Helper or Moderator, you are able to be promoted if you are making good progress. As an Admin, you have the chance of becoming an OP if you are trusted and are making amazing progress.
Note: All staff members must have Discord and positions below Manager are NOT paid.

Helper
In-game, Helpers will mainly watch chat for any spam/adverts/flooding and punish anyone breaking any rules as well as assist players who need help with commands or figuring out how to do something. In Discord, Helpers will mainly do the same thing, with the addition of making sure nothing gets too toxic. Permissions available to helpers will be explained once accepted.
Moderator
In-game, Mods will mainly be responsible for catching anyone who is hacking or creating a lag machine. Mods will assist helpers who need advice and will have access to player reports. In Discord, Mods will have the same duties as Helpers, with the addition of being able to ban users who reach their third strike or commit any ban-able offenses (including anything against Discord's TOS).
Admin
In-game, Admins are responsible for ensuring that players have a smooth experience while playing. Admins will report any major server problems to the Development team, have the final say in all ban/mute appeals, help players with Store purchases, and punish ban/mute evaders. In Discord, Admins will deal with Store support, player reports, ban appeals, and general support. Admins may also assist the Staff Manager with training and assisting lower-ranked staff members.

Requirements
Helper
Helpers must be age 13+ and must be active at least 10 hours per week. A working microphone is preferred, and you must be able to record.
Moderator
Moderators must be age 13+ and must be active at least 13 hours per week. A working microphone is required and you must be able to record. You must also have at least one instance of prior experience.
Admin
Admins must be age 15+, active at least 15 hours per week, and have at least 3 instances of prior experience (including one as a Senior Mod or higher.) A working microphone is required and you must be able to record.
