Introduction to the network:
Hey! so first off ill introduce myself, My name on the network is Dom but i also go by Jev, i am the current owner and manager of the soon to be sky-light network and i am looking at some help in doing so.
After some not so great past experiences with things such as co-owners, and developers deleting the entirety of my old network out of spite i have finally gotten the motivation to get back to work on creating a new one.
The Ideas:
The ideas for the network are pretty big. so the easiest thing i can do is list them and politely ask that you ask for more details via discord. here are the servers that will be connected to the network:
- Custom gamemode - this is already known, but will not be said until the server is released. so this information if for future staff only
- Per Player Servers - Ranked player perk, allowing them to get there own server, with a fully configurable set of plugins using an ingame gui (this is almost entirely completed by me)
The Hardware:
The hardware we are using for the machine goes as follows
4x Intel Core i7 8700k, 64gb DDR4 NON ECC, 2x512gb hardware raid nvme ssds, 1gbit nic
2x Intel Xeon E5-1650V3, 128gb DDR4 ECC, 2x2tb hardware raid sata ssds, 1gbit nic
Needless to say we have enough power, and are happy to upgrade to more if needed.
All machines are connected via pterodactyl panel for ease of use, and allowing us to have more control over permissions to the system.
Time Limit:
None, i want the server to be as polished as possible, meaning time is not an issue.
Plugins:
Any, by this i mean i am willing to purchase any plugin that is seen as a helpful addition or useful feature for the server.
Limits for applying:
Simple, theres only a few rules for applying and they go as follows:
Must be over 13 years of age.
Must know and be able to show they are able to help with the role they are applying for.
Must have at least owned minecraft for more then 3 months.
Do not apply more then once.
Wait for your application to be reviewed do not ask staff about it.
