I have now proven myself to both teams of our innocence. Team Nexus is a completely separate Team to ST or Avast. Quite frankly I have nothing to do with either of them.Devouch, owner of this team seems to be incredibly unprofessional in the terms this isn't the first time's he's been caught attempting to steal something from another team.
First issue when caught stealing something from another team was involving MelleJunior over @ SeniorTeam.
Now he's been caught stealing information pages from Cal & Landon over @ Avast.
After I posted these in chat, they were purged instantly, and I was demoted, and muted.
Because you were demoted from Team Nexus as you provided insufficient work, there is absolutely no need to come to ours Thread and start re-repping.

Thank you for the comment. However; if I really did thin the reputation of my Discord; the vast majority of ST wouldn’t be asking me to hire them and Melle demoting then from ST. I did not ask for it and they have all came to me as per the treatment he provided.You can make up lies all day long, nobody will believe you. You've already seemed to tarnish any reputation your copy, paste team has.

Here is my stance on "Copying" other teams in a general sense.
A service team has three purposes they must fulfill, one, they provide an unbiased middleman, by processing bulk transactions, helping to ward off scams and ensure that transactions go smoothly, two, teams provide an array of readily available talent for clients, saving clients time and money by providing quick and internally competitive pricing. And three, a service team provides a safe and secure place for both clients and freelancers to make money or pay for custom content.
Teams are expected to have a positive impact on an otherwise extremely toxic and insecure community. As of right now there is no alternative to the service team.
In sales, the rule of thumb is to "Fake it till you make it", major teams like Avast, or Senior Team, or my own Hive/Jenkins have spent 1-4 years perfecting their process to its best possible state in order to fulfill those three purposes as efficiently as possible. When a new team starts, it is perfectly acceptable to at least to some degree copy some of what larger teams do because as far as im concerned it allows the clients the smaller team receives to gain the benefits of the planning and revisions done by the larger teams for an overall better experience. But only if the smaller team understands the reasons for the methods they have copied, and preferably by crediting the team(s) they have taken inspiration from. Not just completely cloning teams, and then claiming no association:
"Team Nexus" Does not seem to be aware of the purpose they are expected to fulfill when they join the service team community, and thus have immediately started to receive rejection and negative attention. And lastly, as a bit of advice for HyperMichael, Your team isnt going to follow you for long if you cant instill a sense of trust, and purpose in them. You lost what seemed to be your only bargaining card, apex, by acting shady, and childish. And the rest of your team will follow if they dont believe you have them and your clients in your best interests. And remember, Good service teams are not profitable, its about the service they do for the community that makes them trustworthy.
