I will Pm you for detailsHow much would a 10k x 10k be? Like 10k from 1 border to another? I'm very interested!
Your grammar isn't that good mate. Improve it before you preach about someone who has a really good price. If you got this you'd have better terrain than the best servers out there. Be quiet unless you can do it with professionalism so yeah. Sorry if you are from a different language because then I'd understandYup, he might have good detail into making these maps and he might be one of the most skilled terraformers but these prices are exceeding by far.
Only 1 in a thousands of owners would buy the $600 doller map if they had that type of money just cause they're baller af. Anyways, MCM is full of people who only buy cheap and affordable & if you think these prices are worth the job then prove it to me and the people who think the same.
Plus, how would you make profit on your server if you're going to spend so much money? I mean as I said before if someone had that type of money sure why not.
On the bright side, these maps are sick! Good luck with your service GuildsMC.
EDIT:
I'm personal saying, I don't think no one on MCM would pay $600 for a map just cause majority of users wouldn't pay that much.
Your prices are SUPER overpriced, but good luck selling!
The price does not match it because it is possible to scale things up in worldpainter, saving a tremendous amount of time if your PC can handle it. That way, the amount of time needed does not increase completely logically compared to size. It still increases a lot, but not so much that asking the full price per 1K is needed.People complaining about it being overpriced don't know how squares work. The prices actually fluctuate a lot depending on the size of the terrain you buy.
The thing I don't get is that the 8000x8000 is 64 times the size of the 1000x1000 but the price doesn't match that. I get buys of bigger bulk get discounts, but $30x64 = $1920 when the 8000x8000 only costs $600. Basically, bigger orders mean you lose a lot of money past the point of being reasonable. You get 31% of the profit you would from an equivalent amount of 1000x1000 orders. So either the 1000x1000 end is overpriced or the 8000x8000 end is underpriced, or both. Honestly, if someone is willing to fork out $600 for the best quality, they are probably willing to fork out around $1000 understanding its still a 50% discount.
But maybe I'm being optimistic about people's ability to do math and you'd just get more complaints. People on this thread certainly suck at it. Maybe if you listed it as 64 million blocks beside the 8000x8000 people would get a better picture and be willing to pay more.
Luckily you're not obliged to hire him. It's just that, him being a top-tier terraformer, if you want REAL quality, he's the one to hire.$600 Holy fuck, That's enough to get a decent network running. Oh Hell no.
Yes, shoot me a pm if you are interested.Do you do WarZones?
