Apart from the frequent downtime (which can be expected for a bot of Ticketys size right now), Tickety has some pretty handy features. Even the free version has what you need, and from what I've seen, the Premium version and Enterprise u[grades are just going to make it better. If you need a ticket bot for a hosting company, a gaming server, for managing orders, or just for having private chats, Tickety is the best for that. And the developer Stan is always working on it and giving us support, and its just a great bot for all that. I highly recommend it!
