VenomSurge is currently looking for a few extra team members.

Helper
Being a helper for our Minigame Network requires some skill and a bit of knowledge about Minecraft servers.

General requirements for the helper position:
  • Must be 14 or older (If you're slightly younger than the age 14 we may let an exception depending on how mature you are.)
  • You NEED to know how to detect a hacker... Yes as a PvP network we get hackers you must be able to easily pick them out. Some of the hacked clients are being advanced day by day, such as Vape its a well known "Undetectable Hacked Client" it can be actually detected its just very tricky.
  • We cannot stress this enough, activity is key. You're required to be active meaning in our Discord server (If you don't know what Discord is, it's a Chat/Voice System basically its Skype and Teamspeak's mixed.), in-game, and on our forums of course.
  • A microphone is not needed but it is suggested, if you do have a microphone its basically a bonus point. In the application please do NOT say you have a mic if you really don't have one. We will end up voice chatting a lot in Staff meetings, again its fine if you do not have a mic you can just listen into the meetings when we do have them.
  • Decent/Proper grammar is needed. We don't want people talking like this "HEY GUYS!" or "Hey Man What's Up Dude No Way YES", you get the point. We're just asking for "general gamer talk", we're all gamers here so no need to be a English teacher.
  • Respect toward others, I shouldn't really have to put this as a requirement because at the age of 14 or older we should all know to respect our peers. However you get those people :(
  • Sense of humor, now I'm not the "typical owner" I like to have fun with my staff team/community, I'm not a strict owner and I'm not that guy that doesn't talk to his players either. I interact with everyone (Well I try, let's be honest I can't interact with everyone half the time I'm AFK developing.) overall I try my best to say hello and make others laugh and have a good time.
Builder
Being a builder for our Minigame Network requires great amount skill and a creative mind set.

General requirements for the builder position:
  • You NEED to have experience with one of the following, WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, and MCEdit.
  • You NEED to have experience with one of the following, Terraforming or Organics/Custom Trees.
  • We do NOT rush our builders, so finishing by a dead line is not required.
  • If you're very detail orientated than that's a plus this isn't a requirement though. Everyone's not detail orientated but can still push out very good content.
  • You NEED to be able to have fun with your builds, be relaxed and work with eased.
  • If you want up to you you can be put into team building projects, if you wish to work solo then that is perfectly fine.
  • If you don't want to work offline/on your own server, that's also fine we offer Build Servers for our Builders.
