Void Coins Secondary Economy

Hello! I am looking for someone who can make an economy plugin for me. This plugin would be for a server I own called Virtual Void ( Spigot 1.8.8 ) and the name of the currency would be VoidCoins.

These coins would be acquired by killing mobs and breaking farming items (carrots, potatoes, sugar cane, cocoa beans, and wheat). There would only be a small percentage of getting one for each method, and there should be configurable chances for each item and mob. The Void Coin would come in the physical form of a glowing (enchanted) nether star named "Void Coin" in pink and bold and should be redeemable with the random.levelup sound effect by right clicking while holding it in hand.

In addition to this, the plugin should also have a customizable shop that allows users to spend their Void Coins to get permissions or items, such that by clicking on something in the GUI, several commands would be run through the console and a specified amount of Void Coins would be taken from the player's balance. This shop would be openable using "/vc shop".

Some additional commands that would be required are:
/vc: Displays a player's current amount of Void Coins
/vc withdraw (amount): Withdraws Void Coins into their physical form
/vc give (player) (amount): Operator command used to give certain players a certain amount of void coins in their physical form
/vc take (player) (amount): Operator command used to take a certain amount of Void Coins away from a specific player
/vc help: Displays a custom help menu that displays commands and their usage
These commands should each have a permission for it.
Ex: voidcoins.give
