Web ticket system

I've been looking for a web based ticket system for my minecraft server for days now and I can't find anything. What I want isn't too complicated... or at least I don't think so... But I basically just want a ticket system that melts right into my already existing website, and allows already existing members of the site/forum to make new tickets. This way tickets can be a bit more authenticated and people can't impersonate others in the ticket system.

I recommend osTickets. This system is very easy to setup and allows you to have agents with a different login. This ticket system can be found here; http://osticket.com/.

I've tried osTicket, it was pretty neat but the problem is that you can't hook it into already existing accounts. It requires everyone to make a second account on the ticket page and that's hardly an integrated system.

If you use Xenforo for your forums, there is a addon (paid) that will add a support system to your forums.

We don't use Xenforo.... We're using a fairly simple and newish forum system called Nameless (www.namelessmc.com)

Where would I buy/download?

Its open source. Its a laravel application i believe, so you'll need to know how to write laravel apps.
