Hello! I am looking for some staff for my new and upcoming minecraft java server XLIVES. It is a faction/hardcore server and is still currently in the process of being made. I have been doing all of the plugins but could really use some help with configuring as I am not fully experienced and most of the time have to go ask for support in support discord servers. We are looking for FREE staff as we're budgetting and in all honesty have only accumulated enough money for a few months worth of a server. Me and my co-owner have had experience with owning servers and we both know how to market correctly and recieve an income to provide for the server through ranks/crates and other additional packages so please don't assume we are not trying, every server starts off small and I hope some of you can understand that and join us on the journey 
We are also looking for managers to help us with managing our server, managing our staff and overall just being a professional kind person. We could also use helpers as they are the key part to ensuring our server is a safe and tolerated community! Our system works where you start as a helper and be promoted to moderator once decided. If you are experienced enough we may promote you immediately as we will need a few moderators before opening. At this moment we have no staff besides a possible manager I found on here. I would also like to ask that if you do apply you are a kind and open minded person, meaning you support the lgbtq+ and would not bat an eye towards racism, transphobic and homophobic comments and behaviour. If you think you are the type of person to not take any of that seriously please do not apply.
