YouTuber wanted! SMP Server!

Hey there!
I'm here to look for an active YouTuber who wants/is willing to record on an SMP server, be it a Let's Play series or streaming on one - that will help us both grow!

Info about me
I am Zeuos, the owner of Etherus and a Minecraft player for quite a (long) time now. I am pretty new to the business as Etherus is the first server I have owned, but over this journey I have learnt a lot - in regards to both running the server, and working with people.

In fact, I love working with people, and I particularly look for mature, honest individuals who would be communicative and comfortable working in a team.

Info about my server
Etherus is an SMP 1.12.2 server with semi-vanilla features like Crates, Jobs, McMMO, Grief-Prevention, custom dungeons, etc! If you're interested to know more about how the server is, feel free to just come on and take a gander before you make your decision: play.etherus.net

In regards to the size of the server, it currently is still quite a small server with around 50-60 unique players per day, averaging around 6-12 people online and peaking at 20-25 people online at once.

The server begun on the 31st of July, so it's going on 4 months old!

Who am I looking for?
Although a high-sub count would definitely be a plus, I am mainly looking for someone who is mature, honest and communicative (as stated above). A professional relationship in this is desired.

I am willing to pay, but I would prefer a cost-free partner - I am also willing to give YouTuber ranks to a potential YouTuber partners.
