It's good bot for small discord server, but when I add the bot to my big 10,000+ member server it is very bad and lagging alot, even when hosting it on a dedicated server with 32gb ram, It has some small bugs too, I will change my review if it gets better.

Hello, thank you for your review.
If you had any issues, you could just join support server and report all of the problems you had, but you didn't even try to contact me but just left bad review without even trying to get those stuff fixed/reported. Every user which purchased bot and had problems/questions joined support server (or atleast contacted me onsite) and always get response in less than few hours/in minutes. You're still free to join Support Server so we can try resolving your issues, but behaviour like this is very unresponsible and unprofessional. Thanks.

the developer is nice, he helps me all day, the response time does not take long, it is balanced to be only 1 staff, the good thing about the bot is that it is configurable and I can consider it as the best ticket bot currently on mcmarket, this tickets bot It depends on my company that I occupy in discord. <3 by BoolyStudy
