Regarding the issue you're experiencing, I just took a look, and indeed the holograms are not loading. The reason is actually quite simple. I'll see if I can release an update that fixes this problem. The issue comes from the holograms' location.
They originate from a lobby world (created using Multiverse-Core), which doesn't exist on your server. In the meantime, here's a workaround until an update is released :
Create a new hologram, copy its location, and paste it into all the existing holograms. Then run /dh reload, followed by /dh list. They should all appear correctly after that. Once they do, you can move them wherever you'd like.
