Some UIs

Added UIs for the following commands:
  • /warps
  • /homes
  • /playerlist
  • /balancetop
  • /chatrooms
  • /backpacks
  • /kits

Preview of the UIs:

These are "just" list UIs at the moment, but I'll add UIs to create, edit and delete stuff too.
Stay tuned for more UIs in the future!

  • Fix GroupImpl.getParents() returning empty list instead of actual parents
  • Replace System.out/printStackTrace with proper logging
  • Add TranslationService API with MessageKey enum
  • Auto-generate en_us.json language file on startup
  • Migrate all hardcoded messages to use translation system
  • Don't html escaping characters in config
  • Fix luckperms placeholders crashing the plugin
