Update for compliance with Hytale Update 5

Significant file size optimization update. Cuts mod file size in half from ~16MB down to ~8MB.

Fixed an error with language files.

• Added the ability to close a player's UI from the admin panel
• Further enhanced auto-clicker protection making extended auto-clicking now impossible
• Updated auto-clicker detection systems (experimental changes)
• Added database support to sync player data across servers
• Reworked building unlock system to make game progression more fluid
• Fixed an issue causing the game to crash very rarely

Added support for HyperPerms

• Added an entire admin control panel with extensive control over all aspects of the game, including auto-clicker detection and protection systems.
• Added full support for 8 different languages.
• Fixed a large number of bugs and issues reported by the wonderful community.
