• /chatfilter blacklist add <> (adds a word that will be blocked by chatfilter)
• /chatfilter list (lists all blocked words)
• /chatfilter whitelist add <> (removes a word from being blocked by chat filter)
• /mute, /unmute (mutes and unmutes players.)

• fixed the kill sound not letting you choose a new sound in game
• made mace damage use heart limiting instead of a modifier
