Bugg fixes and New Item

- Now, if a player is frozen, they cannot be damaged, and they also cannot damage others while frozen!

- Additionally, if a staff member with /staffmode enabled and items in their inventory is killed, those items will not be dropped on the ground!

- Error issue in version 1.17 has been fixed.

- A new item called "Inspect" has been added to the staff mode, allowing you to do the following: view someone's inventory, restore their inventory to the state before their last death, and revert their inventory to a specific time period.
