StaffTools - Advanced Moderation Plugin v4.3

Fixed a bug where the plugin wouldn't enable.

Made the message on the screen when trying to join while banned/getting banned configurable.

Fixed a bug with /staff command returning errors when executed from console.

Fixed a vanish bug with TacoSpigot that would spam the console with errors.
Fixed a bug with vanish that was caused by an old method.
Removed an old comment in the config that said the plugin requires JDASpigot.

Removed login, register and reset from plugin.yml and implemented a way for them to work without being registered so if you don't want to use them there is no chance they'll override other commands.

Added an actionbar message when you're in vanish.

Since AlonsoJDA is outdated I have decided to discontinue support for AlonsoJDA and instead compile JDA into the plugin.

JDA Added to the plugin.
AlonsoJDA support removed.
Discord features updated.

Changed punishments so it is not on the plugin.yml disabling the chance it will override other plugin's commands even when disabled.
Fixed all known bugs.

Fixed bugs with discord and colorization

Data Improvements, All known bugs fixed, added login announcement feature, major improvements for reports & inspect & vanish.
