SupportBot is a fully customizable discord support application, it has the capability of managing/controlling your servers support.


What's Changed?
Nothing much has changed but a couple of fixes related to the bot's code.


Bug where tickets would NOT close
Fixed package.json from giving error when trying to use "npm install"
Fixed Bot invite link that's generated when you start up the bot

Whats Changed?

Re-created the config file from setting.json to supportbot - config.yml
Removed tickets displaying usernames and replaced with tickets number IDs starting at 0000
Close ticket command message is now customizable.
Cleaned up a few files and made the terminal logs looks easier to read and more pretty.

Removed setup command, this will return in the future

- Rename command updated, now works with ticket channel set in settings file

- TypeError: channelType.toUpperCase is not a function

Updated:

• Names of tickets can be called whatever you want (ticket-USER / support-USER / etc...)
• Rename command updated
• Support subjects now placed back into the embeds instead of channel description
• Added MIT License (LICENSE.md) For SupportBot5 and above

Bugs:

• Setup.js removed due to a bug, this will return to supportbot once repaired (Next Update)
