The Ultimate Factions Setup v1.55

- Completely redid the second page of the Help Menu. Removed unnecessary info, and made everything a lot more helpful, and made everything more relevant.
- Made the second page of Help Menu run the commands.

- Added 2 new holographic leaderboards at Arena
- Fixed some messages for LeaderHeads
- Added some more information regarding Bannerboards & Leaderheads in the readme

- Updated VoteShop messages and color scheme to match the crates correctly.
