[+] Added a powerful low-level country blocker for blocking entire countries with IPTables (Good for DoS attacks). This is a kernel level connection dropper, NOT a weak layer 7 like seen with Maxmind country blocking. That being said, it REQUIRES root access for IPTables!

Make sure all your plugins are compatible with 1.18.2 before updating. Check ViaRewind, ViaVersion, etc.
