I did not really see how to include a plugin in that, snippets of the source-code? Not very useful. That said, you are right I should have included it below. And so I shall include that now.
Those are just a few of the examples of things I programmed. I'll compile some more screenshots later, but suffice to say, I do know what I am doing when it comes to programming. I have been doing it a long time. Anyways, thanks for bringing up that point.
My team so far has about 10 very talented people on it, I can't post everything that each of them have made in four boxes, that said, I will be making a full portfolio of what everybody has done and releasing it in this thread later on.
If anybody wishes to see our team's work in server configuration, building, plugins, and all that stuff. Just visit the server that we worked together on setting up from resource packs to maps to configs. The server is mc.amscraft.co (The website was not made by our team, but the in server stuff was)

Yeah, my bad on not originally posting it. But suffice to say, I do have plenty of examples of work that I have been building, and my team has also had a lot of first hand experience in the departments we are claiming to be able to help others in.Okay, just making sure you displayed your portfolio.
Izzy is pretty much one of the best developers out there from my experience. Being a pervious admin on his server, AMS Demigod, I understand his full potential and the amazing things he's coded. If you're going to hire anyone, this guy is your best choice. Check out his server as an example.
