Payments
Payments must be sent F&F. All payment must be sent after I or a freelancer show you the picture to get the configuration.
Terms of Service
All customers MUST agree to these sets of terms beforehand. You MUST pay once the configuration is done. I will give you proof that it is with images.
1. Chargebacks
Chargebacks are NOT allowed. You may request a change within 48 hours of your service and we may fit it to what you like. We can reject fixing this if it were not given in directions. If you happen to chargeback, We will file a scam report against you on MC-Market.
2. Reputation
You should have a good rep and not be a new member. A good rep would be around at least 75%. Exceptions may be made. We have the right to reject services to you even if you meet the requirements.
3. Time Frames
You must allow at least 8 hours for your job to be completed. As we say we will finish the job before the deadline, we don't guarantee it. If your time frame is too short for us, we can deny it and offer you to go to another time frame. You will likely get a certain discount for this inconvenience. Though any service will likely be done before any deadline, if it happens to not be, we will move you to the next time frame. You will get at least 20% off (likely more) for each time frame down we move you. If we do have to move you down, I am sincerely apologizing to you here.
4. Directions
All directions should be crystal clear. Although we are likely to ask enough questions, if you did NOT mention something that you wanted, you will NOT receive a chargeback unless we both come to an agreement. You may request for another service and we are able to that. If the freelancer forgot to do something, please PM me or them on discord within 48 hours and I or they will try to get back to you and complete the service free of charge. If you do NOT request within 72 hours, we do NOT have to change it, however, we may.
5. Price Matching
If you wish to price match to another person, you will need a screenshot and provide it to me. We do have the option to decline any price match. The length of time a price match may take some time and should not take place in any review you give us since price matching is a bonus feature to our configurations. This will not apply to all freelancers, however, I will do it myself.
6. Reviewing
We encourage all my clients to review my source to tell me where we can improve. Your reviews should be completely honest and we do not and will not force anyone to review me. Constructive criticism is allowed, but you may NOT review us if you have not had our service.
7. Reselling
You may not resell or redistribute any service of mine without my permission. If it happened so, we will file a scam report against you.
8. Mid-Cancellations
If you decide to cancel halfway through the process (after we start working), you can be charged up to 50% of the price we discussed. We encourage no one to cancel mid-way since we will do any editing you need to fit the configuration to your liking, however, if you do, you still may have to pay unless if we come to an agreement that you don't. This may be a little inconvenient, however as I said before, we encourage all clients to not cancel. If you fail to do so, you may be filed a scam report against, and agreeing to the ToS means you will agree to the mid-cancellation policy.
