Dear MC-Market,

Hello my name is Eric, my partner and I are working on a new server and we're ready to go ahead and start hiring. The Network as of now consists of Factions, Kit-PVP, and Skyblock is in the works as i write this thanks to our wonderful developer. We strive to make the Server as unique as possible and we won't stop until we do. Any of the server donations will be used to compensate some staff members and to improve our hardware. A little more about myself, I'm 18 from the US, I can fully fund the Network myself. I'm in College but i always find the time to work on the server. If you'd like to know more about myself or the server, don't hesitate to contact me.

- Briefly describe yourself: Possibly the most chilled out guy you'll ever meet, if you have a great sense of humour you will love me im really popular and seriously funny thats if you're from England. I have lots of time to spend(exams finish) exams so can play all the time and i think you will enjoy getting to know me. I've been playing minecraft for a long time now seen it change and met all sorts of people that play it. I have a few hobbies - Gaming and sleeping.

- Daily #HRS Dedicated to server?: 2 minimum on weekdays like 5 weekends

- Skills: Im pro at moderating a server, if anyone has a problem im not the sort of person that just ignores the person that needs help because im too lazy or cannot be bothered i will always message them and try to help them in some way or another. Im also good at screensharing self taught ofcourse like almost everything i do. Thats another one of my skills im a very good learner if you want to sit down and teach me something i will suck it all up and soon enough become good at it. I also know how to use most plugins and have run a few servers of my own so know how to edit things.
- Past Experience: Admin on roguehcf - max players (200) on sotw and a solid 50 all times of the day however that server closed down a while back. I have also owned a few servers of my own which havent done to bad and this is where i mostly gained all of my experience with moderating and creating servers. Also been mod and admin on countless other servers but none are as big as these.

- Why would you like to work at Explit?: I would like to work at explit because i am running out of things to do on minecraft, ive played almost every game mode and the increase in cheaters and toxic people are beginning to dull the game out for me. However i believe moderating a server will help me decrease these things and in succession make explit a great server. I would like to mainly moderate factions and kitpvp because they have always been a passion of mine which i have been playing for years and i would like to bring that passion back for everyone else by eliminating cheaters and making this server as great as possible!

Well to begin things off, my name is Kyle I 14 years old and going into 8th grade. I probably play Minecraft way to much. I say this because i play an average of 6-8 hours a day after homework. I have a YouTube channel (it's not good). I posted 3 videos then realized my mic is crap and so i bought a new mic then found out I have to buy some phantom power thing. The thing that I hat the most is that I stupidly spent all of my money on the mic but didn't read what it needed. I have homework like 1-2 times a week and its usually just a piece of paper that has a few math problems on it so I can get that done real fast then hop onto the server. I am a straight A student at the school i go to and my favorite subject is probably science or history. I love science because well, we do lots of experiments and we leaned about space and all the cool stuff like that. I think I like history class more than I like science because although we get to do weird but cool science experiments, in history we learn about Americas past and I think it's fascinating to learn what it was like 300 something years ago when we were under rule by England. I would love to live that lifestyle. That's really all i have to tell about myself.
- Daily #HRS Dedicated to server?: I can dedicate around 6-8 hours which would be 56 hours a week.
- Skills:
I don't have very many skills when it comes to moderating a server so here it goes. I know when the appropriate time is to mute or ban someone. I know how to solve a problem on the server, I am also taking an online java script class so maybe I could help out by making a few plugins. Like I said I don't have many skills and its pretty sad.
- Past Experience:
I have been a mod, admin, helper, on several occasions. My moderator experience is broad and vast. I've been moderating simple vanilla minecraft server since Minecraft first implemented multiplayer. Along the way I have applied to a countless number of servers and have been accepted by many. I have moderated a server that had 10 people, and moderated a server with 350+ people. Although, to me it's not about how many people you have on the server, it's about the job and if you do it well. When I was Admin of a huge server I always kept the players happy and ALWAYS answered their questions. I thought to myself if I put player satisfaction before my own, then I'm doing my job. As a mod I know the duties and responsibilities of the job. Overall, I'd say that my moderating skills are at a strong 9/10. I have a few goals, my main goals as a moderator would of course be the foundation of the moderator position. Keep chat intact and chaos free, maintain the peace and uphold the servers rules. But furthermore, since moderators are the typical image of staff and the most seen in chat they have the responsibility of keeping a good image intact. I will also be doing my best to lift the image of staff to the people you want to see rather than the people that you try to avoid.
- Why would you like to work at Explit?:
I want to become a Helper on Explit as I would like to see the server flourish, both community and development wise. I want to be there, for anyone that looks for help in any shape or form, but might not see it from some of the other Moderators, willing to help them with whatever comes into play. I want the community to realize that the staff team is more than just a composition of users that handle the well-being of the server, but are compassionate individuals that are willing to be a friend to anyone.

I am extremely passionate about making the community a better place for everyone, regardless of tag or popularity. Everyone within in the community is an equal, and should be treated as such, this including second chances for improvement or change, if needed. I want to provide the best playing experience possible for any user that joins the network, through simple actions such as answering a question asked in chat, or providing additional assistance that may take a longer amount of time to complete. If you provide a unique experience, a human experience, for any player on the network, it will leave an impact on them, whether small or large. I believe that everyone should be provided this human experience, by anyone on the network, and the experience must be a positive one. This is why the staff members on the network must provide above average assistance and expertise in all areas possible, to improve the community and the network. I know that as a human, that I am ready to take this position, to provide that assistance in any way that I possibly can, so that the network can continue to flourish.

I am a willing individual, and I do not mind handling any task that may be assigned to me as a staff member, and I would not mind whether it be an easy task, or a hard task. I will always make sure to get the job done. The staff team is a very important factor in keeping a server running as well, as if the staff team does not properly understand player interaction and communication, then the server will not be able to move forward. Briefly Describe Yourself: I am a really friendly guy, like helping out and am social. I am patient and am a christian. I am a gamer, and a volleyball player. Ive been playing on minecraft since 2008 or 2009 I can't remember it's been to long. I like talking and playing with people I think playing games alone is no fun at all. I am also a helpful guy.
Number of Hours Dedicated to the Server: I'd say about an hour at least everyday (This is the minimum I would play. I will probably play more than this)
Skills: Im good at solving problems and helping out. I will not sit by and watch as 2 people fight because I am not that type of person I will intervene. I also like to learn by myself if theres a problem I will search it up and figure it out not just hand it off to the next person for them to figure it out. I also social and know alot of commands and fast ways to find hackers. I am also a descent builder.
Past Experience: I have been mod for 2 servers that have done a while ago. Both have died from the owners fighting. I was trusted and they were good servers but sadly they failed. They weren't as big as this one (not meaning player wise I mean the different games) I was also once head mod for a server.
Why Would I Like to Work For Explit: I would like to work for Explit because it sounds like a great fun server and I dont even have a bit of doubt that it wont do well. The buildings are unique and very fascinating to look at and Ive always liked greek mythology. The server has almost all the games I like in a server and the staff is kind. I would also like to join a newer server to see it work its way to the top.
Languages other than english: I speak no other languages except for a bit of korean and french
