Hi, my name is annacaros123! I'm here to offer my services as a community manager and/or staff member. You can see more below about my flexibilities. I am open to any and all server types, though am most comfortable with towny, creative, survival, prison, or factions.

I currently own a server which is still under development and am looking for work in the meantime. I have had experience moderating most recently for the server Towny Online, which then merged and is more commonly known as Lemuria, and gets 125+ players at one time. There, I gained most of my experience with the moderating process and staff hierarchy, as well as generally how to properly handle staff and players. My role there was a Senior Moderator, but often my duties extended to writing articles for the forums, moderating the forums, editing changelogs, and consulting on some marketing strategies.

Experience
Lemuria [May–July 2017]
Position: Senior Moderator

I first joined Lemuria (known at the time as Towny Online) in Early May as a player, and immediately fell in love with the small server. I applied for a moderator position just a week later, and within two weeks I was accepted as a moderator for the server. Around Late may to Early June, it was announced that Towny Online would be merging with Skyblock Online to form the Lemuria Network. I had to help facilitate the merger between staff and players, and help out a large influx of new members. A couple of weeks later, I was promoted to Senior Moderator. As a senior moderator, I had more responsibilities and commitments. I remained a senior moderator until I resigned in late July. I spent about 14+ hours on the server every day and tirelessly dedicated time in to further developing the server and making it a fun place for players.

Responsibilities:
  • Moderating players and maintaining a healthy atmosphere.
  • Identifying hackers and assigning the proper punishments.
  • Moderating server forums and maintaining active.
  • Moderating server Discord text and voice channels.
  • Managing relations and general image for server owners.
  • Communicating issues the community was having and relaying them to owners and admins.
  • Editing changelogs whenever updates were pushed out.
  • Serving as a messenger and mediator between players and higher staff.
  • Aiding the staff recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with owners and other staff members on development strategies.
  • Being available 24/7 for any server issues or needs.

My Server (Name is Confidential, TBA) [July-Present]
I created my server in July of this year, following my resignation from Lemuria. Please note that this server is still in its development and building phase, so much of the details are still confidential leading up to the release.

When I started this server, I asked my friend and former moderator on Lemuria to join me and be a co-owner. Later on, a friend from Lemuria was also invited to join the team as a co-owner. Due to a falling out, the first co-owner left. This server has offered me the chance to strengthen my administrative skills and my knowledge of plugins, configs, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning a server and demonstrating leadership skills on a daily basis.
  • Installing and configuring basic and advanced plugins.
  • Setting up Discord, including bots, roles, and channels.
  • Designing a website and forums from scratch.
  • Managing a staff team and determining responsibilities for each position.
  • Directing a team of builders and executing creative visions.
  • Setting up and managing a BuyCraft page.
  • Communicating with co-owner and collaborating on decisions.
  • Reaching out to people in the industry.
  • Researching and executing marketing strategies.
  • Doctoring guidelines and staff documents.
  • Complying with the EULA and checking for any legal implications.
  • Being available 24/7 for any server issues or needs.

Looks good, hope you find a decent position MCM is a rough place for people who are just starting out.
Thank you, appreciate it! I'm not exactly just started out, but I don't have too big of a network so I'm not very well known. Hopefully, I can meet new people on here though! :)
