create things that could help the community revolving around the categories of
Minecraft Plugin Development
Discord Bot Development
and
more

Please help me determine what I should work for on the community whether it should be
a free resource or a premium resource.

If I was you i'd make premium resources because, if you're making money you will most likley be more determined to keep making more plugins

I would recommend that you start out by giving vouch copies to edit or configure plugins or something like that, then when you reach a respectable amount of reputation (like 10-20) start making premium resources because with higher rep people will be much more likely to purchase plugins and bots from you.
