Brief History
Soggycraft has been a Server my friend and I have been working on over the years now. It had been up and down over the past ten or so years, and we finally think we know where we want to go with it and would love some support from new staff! We are located in America, the server should be up all time, but the owner and I are CDT TimeZone.
Vision
We are trying to stay as up to date as possible (1.16) and currently are not public as the staff is working on getting a frame set up for Soggycraft. To put it simply, we are trying to go for a sandbox RPG type of feel with our plugin selection. Our plugin selection is currently focused mainly on PVP, PVE, Economy, Factions/Kingdoms, and a few other elements of the game. An example of this is creating custom mob factions and races such as Dwarves, Undead, and Elves who each have control over different biomes/regions. Players will also eventually be able to choose from several classes and unlock cool new abilities as they play.
Positions
We are currently looking for:
- Builders
- Modelers (For custom mob and item models, we can provide software)
You will, of course, get special permissions and ranks. Later, when the server grows, moderator and admin positions may open up, and would likely be given to our trusted builders and modelers as a first choice.

Conclusion
We try to be pretty reasonable and lax on our staff. We realize people have lives and jobs outside of their hobby of playing Minecraft, so don't stress too badly about joining us, but make sure to communicate! Becoming staff is not a job, since we are not getting paid, and is meant to be something that you can get into and enjoy doing. Let us know if you need a break or have any ideas to help improve the server. You are as much of the team as we are!
