A cheap, beginning Minecraft manager who is happy to learn, adapt and improve.

What can you expect?

From me:

Open for a few calls a week with the owners.
Honesty, I want to feel that I've helped the server.

Staff management:
-Setting up important documents, this includes a staff application form, a list of each staff role and their function + permissions, and the rules.

-Setting up staff permissions, in-game and in your discord.

-Reviewing staff submissions + doing interviews and accepting staff.

-Generally managing and coordinating staff. This includes team meetings, team buildings, and personal conversations. I would promote staff that serves the server well, and I would make more hard decisions like demoting staff.

Community management
-Hosting or coordinating events to entertain the community

-Making/suggesting adjustments to the gameplay to improve players' experience, and thus gaining/improving PB.
