OpexCraft Staff Recruitment A New Minecraft SMP Setting Sail
OpexCraft is a brand-new Minecraft SMP server for Java and Bedrock, founded by HydroSinn.
The server is pirate-themed and currently in early development, which means a lot of work still needs to be done before launch.
We are actively recruiting dedicated and motivated staff members who want to help build a server from the ground up and be part of its long-term future.

Positions Available
Head Manager• Oversees staff operations and server direction
• Helps coordinate development and moderation
• Acts as second-in-command to ownership
• Leadership and communication experience required
Developers• Plugin development and configuration
• Server optimization and technical maintenance
• Experience preferred, passion required
Builders• Pirate-themed builds (spawns, ports, towns, landmarks)
• Ability to follow themes and work with a team
Moderation Team• Enforce rules fairly and professionally
• Assist players in-game and on Discord
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment
Community Team• Help grow and engage the community
• Assist with events, announcements, and player experience
• Creative and social individuals encouraged
