Greetings Minecraft community,

It’s been a while.

After stepping away from the gaming world for some time, we’re excited to open our doors again with a limited release of services.

A little about us. Our original team was formed when many of us were still young in this very community. Through building servers, creating websites, and developing Java plugins, we learned how technology and business truly work. Those early projects became the foundation of our careers outside of gaming today.

Now we want to come back to where it all started.

Our goal is to provide accessible, budget-friendly services for players who want an escape from the real world. For those who miss the simpler days of Minecraft. For those building servers to reconnect with friends. And for those discovering the game for the first time and meeting people from around the world.

We’re giving this another go, and we hope you’ll give us a go too.

To grow sustainably while keeping service quality high, we’re launching with a limited release. For now we’ll be running simple, reliable panels using PteroCA and Pterodactyl while we work closely with our early community. Our vision is to build something different. Not hosts on one side and server owners on the other, but a collaborative space where everyone benefits and grows together.

Today’s hosting market is crowded with the same tools and the same experience that hasn’t changed in years. Our new team includes professionals who have worked at one of Canada’s largest ed-tech companies, Booking.com, and 45Drives/Protocase. With experienced system administrators and full-stack developers, we’re aiming to create a custom hosting experience unlike anything else.

But every great platform starts with a proof of concept.

To our early supporters, we’re offering a limited release of just 10 servers. Each server includes 10GB of standard RAM plus a 5GB bonus for a total of 15,360MB. All for $20 per month.

Our goal with this initial release is to ensure our server infrastructure is strong before we begin customizing our billing and panel experience. Let’s be realistic. We can’t do anything groundbreaking without knowing the community actually wants us back, and if you don’t, that’s completely okay too. We’re here to listen.

Over the first six months, we’ll focus on hardening our infrastructure with these initial 10 servers. After that, we plan to onboard another 25 servers once the foundation is solid and revenue supports top-tier reliability. At that stage, our first 10 early adopters will have the option to keep their bonus RAM at the same price or switch to a 10GB plan for just $10 per month.

We plan to keep this testing phase open for the next 12 months. If you believe your server has what it takes to grow beyond our limited release, we’d love to build this alongside you.

We’re excited to shape the future of PixelHost together.

Sincerely,
PixelHost Team

Hey! I currently own a OP Prison server and im trying to find a good host. My server contains over 65 plugins and has 3-4 worlds. We are expecting an online player base of 40 players. Also keep in mind that custom enchantments such as explosive and excavation can cause some lag. I used to host the server on 12GB and that was barely enough. Will the unlimited plan be fine?

I was actually really skeptical about going with PixelHost, and gave it a go after being sweet-talked into it. The difference between them and my old provider is like night and day, the support alone is amazing!

My old provider almost never responded to me, even when they did, they never had the answers for my issue. There outdated hardware constantly caused my server to crash and that's when I knew I needed to change hosts.

That brings me to the amazing guys at PixelHost! I know I already said the support was amazing, but the guy was always available when I needed him. He must have helped me for a good two hours. After my server got re-setup and filled backup with players, I can safely say I haven't had another issue with the server since joining PixelHost. I'm even saving $2 a month on my plan :D

On website it says 10,6$ for 6Gb hosting, but when you click on the plan it's suddenly 12$.
What a scam!
When you're viewing the europe locations it is displayed in euro. When you go to the billing area the price is listed in USD. Please triple check things before saying a bunch of nonsense publically.

I'm clueless as to what is going on with this place.

I joined their Discord to ask if they have an EU test server and was banned. Asked on their Live chat about it and was unbanned and told to open a ticket about my Test server question. Did that, and before being banned again, the CEO says:

I have no idea who this guy thinks I am but I don't think banning new people is a good way to get customers. Or is this a new marketing technique I'm not aware of

My apologies, I had reason to believe that you were someone who had malicious intent to PixelHost back in February who also had the name Aaron. I was looking at your profile and thought that your username was identical to the malicious user, but after checking it again the last digit is literally 1 digit off. Once again my apologies and I would be happy to sort everything out with you over discord.

It has been quite a time since I have last visited this topic, but here is a rundown of my experience: I was banned from their Discord server for asking about a specific part of their TOS (Has since been revised, but you can check on the Wayback Machine or whatever it is called). Specifically this part: "PixelHost reserves the right to disable and terminate your server if your server is regularly attacked with denial of service attacks which disrupt other users.". I had asked about why this specific part was in there, and was swiftly banned.

I don't recall this being something we have ever done? When did you experience this?

Yeah, I don't recall that ever happening.
I clearly remember that. Back when all of your stuff got hacked and Leet Hosting took over your stuff.

I remember all of your services went offline, Leet hijacked your domain and your phone number.
