Greetings Minecraft community,

It’s been a while.

After stepping away from the gaming world for some time, we’re excited to open our doors again with a limited release of services.

A little about us. Our original team was formed when many of us were still young in this very community. Through building servers, creating websites, and developing Java plugins, we learned how technology and business truly work. Those early projects became the foundation of our careers outside of gaming today.

Now we want to come back to where it all started.

Our goal is to provide accessible, budget-friendly services for players who want an escape from the real world. For those who miss the simpler days of Minecraft. For those building servers to reconnect with friends. And for those discovering the game for the first time and meeting people from around the world.

We’re giving this another go, and we hope you’ll give us a go too.

To grow sustainably while keeping service quality high, we’re launching with a limited release. For now we’ll be running simple, reliable panels using PteroCA and Pterodactyl while we work closely with our early community. Our vision is to build something different. Not hosts on one side and server owners on the other, but a collaborative space where everyone benefits and grows together.

Today’s hosting market is crowded with the same tools and the same experience that hasn’t changed in years. Our new team includes professionals who have worked at one of Canada’s largest ed-tech companies, Booking.com, and 45Drives/Protocase. With experienced system administrators and full-stack developers, we’re aiming to create a custom hosting experience unlike anything else.

But every great platform starts with a proof of concept.

To our early supporters, we’re offering a limited release of just 10 servers. Each server includes 10GB of standard RAM plus a 5GB bonus for a total of 15,360MB. All for $20 per month.

Our goal with this initial release is to ensure our server infrastructure is strong before we begin customizing our billing and panel experience. Let’s be realistic. We can’t do anything groundbreaking without knowing the community actually wants us back, and if you don’t, that’s completely okay too. We’re here to listen.

Over the first six months, we’ll focus on hardening our infrastructure with these initial 10 servers. After that, we plan to onboard another 25 servers once the foundation is solid and revenue supports top-tier reliability. At that stage, our first 10 early adopters will have the option to keep their bonus RAM at the same price or switch to a 10GB plan for just $10 per month.

We plan to keep this testing phase open for the next 12 months. If you believe your server has what it takes to grow beyond our limited release, we’d love to build this alongside you.

We’re excited to shape the future of PixelHost together.

Sincerely,
PixelHost Team

I clearly remember that. Back when all of your stuff got hacked and Leet Hosting took over your stuff.

I remember all of your services went offline, Leet hijacked your domain and your phone number.
Long story, however as I said we wouldn't have blocked your server whatsoever. So not sure what happened as I know for sure management didn't have anything to do with any servers being blocked due to ddos attacks

No, I wasn't blocked due to getting ddosed, but when I joined your Discord and asked about it, one member of staff (I cannot remember their username) got very aggressive and banned me from the Discord. Said something along the lines of me wanting to ddos your servers.

When a customer asks a question like that, staff shouldn't jump to the worst conclusion. Much less be completely rude and aggressive.

Huge Vouch to PixelHost. Tickets were responded to with in the same day. If I went though their live chat. I was connected immediately. They were able to fix all my issues and provide me with the information I needed to fix my issue on my end regarding my plugin I coded. Servers are fast and affordable. Once again, huge vouch.

I remember that one time the people behind the leet hosting escapade also "hacked your email and phone number". Hell, you told me (and I quote) "He changed my actual phone number". Also, the 99.99% downtime thing.. true...

SO! OVERALL: Devouch

I don't own any of those accounts other than Niko B? Any reason as to why you have so much time on your hands?

I know this was some time ago but this definitely is not true as the VoidHost thread has replies signed off by yourself ( Niko B ) and was banned for creating the PixelHost.org account.

I'm also not sure why you have a custom website control panel. It's pretty unheard of for a web host to use a custom panel, not sure if you are using one as a flex. Custom panel for game hosting I understand. Every leading host in my country uses either cPanel, DirectAdmin or offers both. Why reinvent the wheel? From what I can see, your panel has a lot less features and I would be curious to see if the back end is up to scratch. The only benefit I can think of is that any Minecraft clients who want a site for their server and have no previous knowledge of websites, have a nice simple and easy control panel without tons of features distracting them.

I very very rarely comment on threads about established hosting companies, I have been in the same position and it can be a learning curve at times so I try to live and let live but your general attitude and style of business are just shocking. If you can't conduct yourself properly on a thread advertising your company, I would love to see how to run your company or speak to your customers. You seem to get very defensive over everything and immediately attack back (as clearly shown on your previous thread https://www.mc-market.org/threads/634896/). Everyone has jumped on you a bit here to your defense but represent your company correctly, don't attack back when somebody has a valid concern.

Niko, you're a talented web designer, maybe stick with that. The Minecraft hosting industry is dead in the water anyway unless you are a big player and I think you know that. A very fast decline since when I started in the industry about a decade ago.

Would not recommend at this point, purchased a server for it to not work due to a backend issue on their panel. 0 customer service after trying to contact for 8 hours.

Hi there,

As mentioned in the ticket I just replied to, we do not operate our livechat during the hours in the morning to which you were attempting to message us (3:00am). You submitted a ticket to us to which we replied within 12 hours. If you would like to resolve your issue feel free to respond the ticket. All the best!

After discussing with you, saying I need to learn respect from whatever school I go to, to then get angry and kick me from the server because I deleted my own server files from MY own server that I paid for? Just opening a PayPal dispute at this point and add a neg rep. Terrible, terrible company.

I'm sorry you feel that way. However, we do not condone negativity in our community and as stated we are more than happy to assist through our ticketing system. Your server was fully functional and then you went ahead and wiped it to appear as not working. Wishing you all the best in the future!

How so? Did I state that the server was not functional or did I clearly state that it was fixed? I was even connected through FTP. As usually a customer can do what they want and upload whatever files they want to there server they paid for lmao. Feel free to drop the chat log for the public to see.

Hello ! I'm a bit confused here,
I've checked your pricing on the Pixel Pro Unlimited ( which is $20 )
what is the storage space of this plan ? is it also unlimited ? cuz I've seen under your pricing that it has:

  • ✗ Budget plans do not contain Unlimited Storage
