How many hours can you put in the server per week: Fluctuates, some days I'll have much free time, others I'll have none.

Any past experiences in being a staff member? I have well over four years of being staff, being a web developer, being a Moderator and then the Head-Moderator, being builder twice, and being the owner of a server which I just recently quit in search of a new challenge.
Why do you want to become staff? The reason I want this job is for a multitude of reasons. 1.) I love setting up plugins and I do a mini cheer when they work correctly which is a motivation to do my job right. 2.) Helping servers gain popularity, legitimacy and fun is one of my strong points and a thing that many people like about me. 3.) Being a pluginner means much, MUCH work, and you would only put that on a very determined person, like me. 4.) I have seen some good servers and I have seen some bad servers, and I want this server to be a good server, because first impressions are very important for establishing a player community and I want to be a part of that.
Why should we accept you as staff? There is one thing that I possess that very few applicants and staff members have. It's difficult to put it into words what it is, but basically what it is, is that I will work nonstop and, because of my severe OCD (I think it's OCD), I'm a total perfectionist and I need everything to look perfect or I don't like it. Now some people are fine with a build or a plugin being okay, but that's not the case with me. I want to make sure that you get the perfect or the best of something.
Additional Information? I love working with people, and I love building spawns, tree houses and underground bases in Minecraft.
