Hello, it would be possible to add the following functionality: allow the member to choose the language of the ticket. We have an EU community but some French people don't speak English so allowing French people to read and write in their language would be really nice. I can't evaluate, it's looping with opera but I'll put 5 stars when I find the solution ^^

when react to open a ticket, im getting this now, yesterday nothing...

bot was shutdown immediatly...

edit: I've found the issue but idk how to fix, my category name contain a emoji, if i'l remove the emoji, no error.
