AInfectedWorld
Inspired by the viral Daquavius Minecraft challenge video.
AInfectedWorld is a powerful, highly configurable Paper plugin that transforms your server into a living, breathing chaos machine. Every block your players break triggers a smooth, organic wave of terrain infection that spreads outward in real time — reshaping the landscape block by block, layer by layer.
Whether you're running a challenge server, a content creator world, or just want to give your community something completely unique, AInfectedWorld delivers an experience unlike any other plugin on the market.
✦ Core Features
Breaking any block triggers a circular wave of infection that spreads outward up to 20 blocks wide and 15 blocks deep. The spread uses a radial algorithm, producing smooth, natural-looking terrain mutations — no ugly square patterns.
- Weighted Mode — Assign precise weights to every block in the pool. Common blocks appear frequently; rare and dangerous ones appear sparingly.
- True Random Mode — Toggle the weight system off completely. Every block in the pool has an exactly equal chance of spawning — total unpredictability.
A clean, paginated inventory GUI lets you manage your block pool without ever touching a config file. Drop blocks in from your inventory to add them, click any block to remove it. Supports unlimited entries with automatic pagination.
The plugin actively escalates difficulty the longer it runs:
- Phase 1 (0–20 min) — Standard infection with the default pool.
- Phase 2 (20–40 min) — Dangerous blocks are automatically injected into the pool.
- Phase 3 (40+ min) — High-threat materials added, maximum chaos.
- Emergency Killswitch — Instantly halts all active infection with one GUI click.
- Entity Wiper — Clears all plugin-generated entities from the world on demand.
- Container Protection — Chests, barrels, and shulker boxes are completely ignored by the infection engine, protecting player inventories.
- Void Protection — Bedrock and barrier blocks safely decay into Cobblestone after 60 seconds, preventing holes into the void.
All heavy block mapping is performed asynchronously on a background thread, then safely applied on the main thread. Your server TPS stays stable even during massive infection events.
