Vanish Invis & Player Counting & Force Vanish

Allowing you to toggle invisibility effect while entering vanish mode.
Allowing you to count player differently "AKA" not counting players that are in vanish mode.
A permission, which you can give to player for him to be force to have vanish on enterence.
