The bot seems very good to me, it fulfills its function and has a lot of potential but I give this classification for the following reasons:
1- The attention from the developers and the owner is very poor, when you open a ticket it responds every 2, 3 and even 5 days. I understand that he is a busy person and has a life on his own, but it seems unheard of to wait so long for an answer, every time you ask him something you have to wait a long time to be answered.
2- It seems to me that the installation forum is somewhat poor, although the owner provides help when doing it, most of the time he will send you to the forum where there is a small guide on how to do it, although it has several categories, I think that These are not completely well explained, but this one has somewhat vague explanations on how to install the bot from scratch on your server, configure it, solve possible errors, etc. I should update this guide and make it easier to understand for people who do not understand the world of programming 100% since it is only text on how to follow everything and it has not been updated for several years, it seems to me that making a video would be easier than reading everything step by step and trying to interpret the steps continue.
3- Last but not least, pay a little more attention to user suggestions since I consider that it is something very important to make the bot continue to evolve and add new mechanics that are necessary, such as confirmation to close a ticket, being able to add more questions to the review form, etc.
If they improve in these aspects, I will not hesitate for a second to change my review and recommend this bot to all my friends. Thanks for reading, greetings.

Before buying, I was a little bit sceptical because of the old reviews, But it has changed a lot.. and the old reviews are no longer accurate, which im really happy about. and im glad i didnt listen to them

I own a pretty big discord server (15k members) and this bot is very good for large servers. Good performance, Good support, Good community, and a lot of community made addons, The community is super nice and also takes addon requests, So if I want an addon made, I just ask someone in the server and boom! I get an addon for free :)
this is a very simple bot to setup once you get the hang of it, it´s a very self explanatory and easy to configure. the staff team and the community are always there to help you with any types of questions or help if needed, also you´re getting the license very fast and i´m definitely looking forward to buy the source code to be able to customize more. i would recommend this bot to everyone who´s looking for a powerful and feature-rich ticket bot. keep up the good work man!
I bought this bot with after trying out another ticket bot from builtbybit, and I can definitely say that this one is a lot better than that other one, This is definitely the best ticket bot out there, so many features, very fast support, and a lot of updates recently, the web dashboard that recently got added is very good and has a lot of features, it has all features you would ever need really.
Dont listen to the bad reviews, those reviews are old and does not represent the current product slash support

The bot itself, it works great! All of the features I've tried have worked. But, like other reviewers have said, the support isn't the best. It's kind of annoying to get started first, (because you have to wait to be issued a license, when they already have your money), but the biggest thing for me, is that they can just change the licensing system, and everyone is screwed, and waiting for Swqpping to give them another license.
So, I've never interacted with support, because well they have an awsome community, and good docs. The bot it self is good, but it's a hassle to get started with it.

The Dev has to add to the description of functions and limitations that:
1. You can't use it in more than 3 guilds.
2. You must always use the latest version or you lose.
If you comment on their discord something they don't like, they delete it and ignore you.
I do not recommend it, I prefer to use another bot or buy a custom one.

2. You don't have to use the latest version (I don't know where you got that from..)
We also don't delete any messages/comments in our discord server, we might ignore them (unless in tickets) but we never delete anything even if we don't like it.
