Previously my review was negative but I will change it since the problems were solved and the developer finally helped me.

It really is an excellent add-on even though the support should be improved, but regarding the bot everything is perfect.

Maybe have more helpers when answering tickets, this would make the response flow much better.

I hope this review will help in general to all the add-ons of this developer.

This is the best ticket bot I have ever used, and I have used alot of public bots/self hosted bots, It has alot of useful features, the support is very quick and good, It’s definitely the best ticket bot on mc-market right now, and for only $5.99, this bot should be alot more considering how good and how many features this bot has, I really recommend this bot for anyone that needs a ticket bot for their server, you can customize everything, and it’s also very easy to setup.

Wow. Just wow.
I'm fairly new to Discord Bots. The Owner and Support Team helped me when I had issues and dumb questions. They're extremely helpful and the bot is beautiful. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a ticket bot.

Support is a bit slow but great. The bot is magnificent with everything you can do for the price it is. I would buy it again without hesitation. The creator listens to the suggestions and includes those that he thinks are helpful.
