I do like this bot a lot! In fact, I've bought the unlicensed and Un-obfuscated version. However, I found out also that the code from this includes some code from an old project of mine, Not-Bot. Specifically the premium feature. Not that I dislike this, as some of the code is from a Coding Lounge, (Like the premium system I made). But still, assembling this all in one place makes it worth the purchase! (Just maybe add a disclaimer that some of this source code was NOT written by you.) Other than that, solid solution if you want a discord bot!

I bought the bot a week ago and it won’t run on my VServer. It might run locally, but no matter what I do, it just doesn’t work on the VServer. This has never happened to me before. Every other bot I’ve bought worked without issues.

I still gave it a chance and joined the support Discord. I opened a ticket, but the developer is from India and only replies around 5 a.m. my time. We talked a bit, then he suddenly stopped responding. It’s been three days now. I sent all my logs and clearly explained the problem, but there’s basically no support at all.

After that, I went to the buyers chat to ask the community for help. Unfortunately, people there are very rude. The first replies were things like “yeah, you probably changed the code” or “why are you buying a bot if you can’t fix it yourself?” I didn’t change anything. I followed the setup exactly, sent the logs, explained the issue, and still no one was willing to help or even explain what might be wrong.

I don’t recommend buying this bot. It’s been a week since I bought it and it still doesn’t run, and with no support, that’s unacceptable. A good bot needs a helpful community. I already switched to another multipurpose bot and it worked instantly without any problems. The community there was also really friendly.

The real issue with Razor Bot is the code and the completely unhelpful, rude community. 0/10. I will never buy anything from this developer again.

Honestly, If I'm being honest. it's an amazing bot. I've had it now for a long time. At first I had issues setting it up but the customer service is fantastic, the response time is extremely quick and 9/10 times the issue will be resolved if not improved. The developer is constantly updating the bot and making it better for us. This bot is very advanced and fully customisable, you cant go wrong. Would 100% recommend.

Got to say, The bot is sleek and very lightweight and easy to use and set up, IF there is a actual bug and you alert the dev with logs showing it then there is no fuss he just gets to it and pushes it by next update (i presume he would do a hotfix if it was a substancial error) but overall bot is great and cannot fault it so far.

The most lightweight and efficiently coded bot I have ever seen, I am using it on my server and, it has been so reliable and efficient. The Developer is really helpful and the support is top tier. For a bot that has almost every feature you need for a community server, nothing beats this. Amazing!
