Redesigned the /rank message and /rank voice card for a better visual experience.

Fixes & Improvements:

Welcome Message Command:
Replaced the Commands/Setups/welcome.js file to ensure the test image matches what a user receives upon joining. This fix corrects the display and functionality of the welcome message.
AI Chatbot Response Issue:
Updated Systems/ai-chatbot.js to prevent the spam filter from mistakenly blocking legitimate responses, ensuring smoother AI interactions.
Security Enhancement:
Secured index.js to prevent unauthorized modifications. All other files are now fully customizable.

Fixed the issue with the unknown message from /hack.
Redesigned the welcome setup for a better UI.
Improved the appearance of the welcome image.

Dashboard now launches and runs
