Important: Be sure to enable exploit-monitor in the config if you need enhanced exploit protection. If you're using 1.16.5+, increase some of the values such as max-bytes by around 2x to prevent issues with shulker boxes.

Warning: 1.19.3 broke several plugins that will need updating. Just to name a few, TabListPlus, ViaVersion, JPremium, etc

This build has NOT been heavily tested in production given that 1.19.3 just came out. In addition to the 1.19.3 changes, Bungeecord has bumped several libraries to newer versions which may require some plugins to be updated (Doubt it, but possible).

This build has not been extensively tested in high volume production yet. While the changes shouldn't cause any issues, it is still advised for large networks to consider waiting at least a week to insure no new bugs were introduced.
