Fixed Admin & Owner chat not displaying messages.

Staff Module Fixes & Last Inventory & Filter Command

Fixed Staff Module (Random Fighter Teleport, Random Miner Teleport)
Last Inventory allowing you to view last inventory of player before death.
Filter Command allowing you to block inappropriate chat messages.

New Staff Items & Bug Fixes

- Fighter & Miner finder staff item as well as vanish also have been added. You can now click to either enable/disable vanish.

- Compatibility bug fix as well as some small bugs.

Fixed commands whilst frozen.

Command Blocker & Reload Command & Fixes

Block commands for frozen players.
No need to restart your server each time you change something in config just run /lunar reload
