OBX 1.3.0 - Modules, Announcements & RandomTP​

OBX 1.3.0 adds cleaner module controls, a new Announcement Manager, RandomTP, and several admin/player polish updates.

• Added standard module controls using /obx mod <name> toggle|on|off|status.
• Added Announcement Manager with /announce, /ann, preview, list, reload, and example templates.
• Added RandomTP with /rtp, /randomtp, safe-location checks, cooldowns, and click-to-copy coordinates.
• Improved kill mode with better confirmation details, hover info, click-to-teleport, and temporary grave markers.
• Improved /sellall with a view-only Sold Items GUI, sale summary, and clearer buy/sell values.
• Improved Module Toggles GUI layout, descriptions, and boxed toggle messages.
• No breaking API changes. Existing module toggle commands still work.

OBX 1.2.0 — Web Editor & Polish Update​

New Web Editor, improves several admin tools, and fixes important config, MOTD, and compatibility issues.
