Hi there my name is Roman and I am the owner of OlympianMC, a skyblock server that has been in the works for many months. We have had many different artists and developers and I now believe it is time to open the server for BETA release.
So far no players have joined and we are in desperate need for server + discord staff.
So please, if you can, apply for the server.

The roles we are hoping to apply are as follows
Administrators (1/3)
Moderators (2/5)
Helpers (6/10)

Also, if you would like to create any trailer or video on the server, please do.
Almost any channel that helps our server become as amazing as it should be will be rewarded with Youtube Rank

Hello there, you look like the perfect staff member for our server <3. I would be happy to list you as a helper, from there you will have chances for promotions (AKA moderator & admin).I will set the rank with-in the next 24 hours and we can talk times and days from there.

OlympianMC is a relatively new community, we have advertisements and trailer releasing within the next few weeks. So bare with the small player counts and questions asked online. As helper you have permission to report, fly, /hat & /nick you are required to answer any/all questions asked and put glitches/bugs in the staff chat on discord (coming soon).

We all welcome you and hope your time on the staff team is as good as your previous roles have been.

Ok, I will set you as admin and the role of staff management. Plz understand permmisions online are relativly new and may be changed in later weeks. As staff manager it would be helpful if you setup discord & run future threads about our server <3

Um, alot of time and money has gone into the server as I said it is new and needs as much help/support as it can get, i thought you would help us. Sorry, have a good day and good luck on future server jobs

Do you have any previous experience moderating servers?: Yes. I have owned multiple of my own servers that got a pretty small player base (10 players) due to lack of funding. I have also been a moderator and administrator on a popular server called "Pixelplex". The server had at least 200 players on at a time, and 9000 registered to their website. They may have changed their server name, as they did so often. I left because the server went from a factions server to a pixelmon server.

Do you have any experience with screensharing players?: Yes, and I do happen to have a screenshare guide too.

Why do I want to be staff?: Most servers do not succeed for three reasons; lack of funding, toxic community, or bad setup. This server looks like it has the funding, but I can help stop the toxic community and the bad setup. I also have a screen recorder and editor, so I would be able to record cheaters.

What can I bring to your server? I know lots of plugins and can configure them. I am also learning programming, so pretty soon (possibly in a couple of weeks) I should be able to provide custom plugins. I also staffed on other servers, so I believe I am able to manage a community and find cheaters.

Telling you about me: I'm fluent in russian and english. I also do not having a working mic, but can get one. MC account: Quacko.

(You are helper rank): I would ask them if they needed help resolving it and to quiet down and maybe resolve it in private messages. If they did not listen, I would warn them. If they continued, I would mute them for an hour.

You have been getting reports all day about one player, what do you do? (You are mod rank): I would teleport to the player in vanish and watch him. If he is using something blatant (I've cheated a long time ago, so I know what a cheating looks like) I would ban him for the set time for the cheats he is using. If I do not find him cheating after spectating him for several minutes, I would leave him.

Hello there, thank you for the application. I think you a the fit role for moderator on our server, I will set the rank within the next 24 hours. As for help setup wise, I think you can make olympianmc much better I can talk about help on any configurations or custom plugins with you on my discord, rqman#5479. From there we can work together on the next season.

I would prefer administrator. I would be able to train staff and etc, as I do not find moderator interesting. Sorry for any inconvenience.
